When I went grocery shopping earlier this week, I took my time deciding on what I wanted to take home. With all that I purchased, I am fully satisfied with my choices. I bought a variety of items including Halo Top Ice Cream in Cookies & Cream and Peanut Butter Cup, Coolhaus Ice Cream in Vanilla and Chocolate Molten Cake, and two boxes of Blue Bunny Loaded Ice Cream bars. Plus, a bunch of Entenmann’s new minis which included their mini pies, sprinkle donuts, pound cakes, and of course, I had to try their chocolate chip brownies.
I had some fun in the kitchen and created my own “special recipes” mixing all of the great items I purchased from the Ice Cream Adventures promotion. It was amazing how simple, easy, and delicious it was to create my own ice cream donut sandwich at home, warm apple pie with ice cream, and much more. What would be your favorite combination? The mini treats from Entenmann’s are truly the perfect addition to any scoop of flavored ice cream. A little this and a little that; the combinations are endless. When it comes to dessert there are never enough toppings. Have a favorite dessert topping? I am sure caramel, chocolate chips, cookies, fudge, or even something salty would be perfect on top.
